SHIPPING

DOMESTIC GROUND SHIPPING IS ALWAYS FREE! At least for the time being...so enjoy it while it lasts!

All packages will be shipped within 24-36 business hours after payment verifications. For US orders we ship via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation and UPS Ground unless. Please allow 5-10 business days from the date the package was purchased.

All orders are processed Monday through Fridays excluding holidays and most are shipped same day! Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not deliverable on weekends or federal holidays.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the postal service or UPS.

--All returns must be received within 30 days of original purchase date.
--All merchandise eligible for return must be in original condition (i.e. unworn, tags
attached, unaltered) and accompanied by Return Merchandise Form found with your receipt.
--Merchandise returned without the Return Merchandise Form and not in original condition or
received within 30 days will not be accepted.
--Sale items and intimates are FINAL SALE and no returns will be accepted.
__Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and will not be credited back.
--Merchandise purchased through our online store cannot be returned or exchanged at our retail
location.

*All items sold by are guaranteed authentic and come directly from our brick and mortar store in Columbia, Missouri.
Some shoes may have slight marks on the soles from being tried on in the store due to our concrete floors, but are absolutely brand new.
